Keynote Audio-Visual/Room Set-Up Preferences

  • UHF Wireless Lavaliere or Van will use his own earpiece with the transmitter.
  • Monitors-Please provide a stage monitor.  Van prefers the monitor to be placed downstage.

Room Set-Up

DSC_0892PODIUM-Van doesn’t use a podium but if there is one already on the stage he will work around it.  If you can provide a small table to set water and notes on, that would be great.

RISER/STAGE-If there are more than 60 people, Van would like to have a riser so everyone in the room can see him.  Van is a big walker and talker, so please clear as much furniture off the stage as possible.

PRODUCT TABLE-A 6 foot skirted product table in the back of the room preferably close to the exit doors.

SEATING-If session is less than 60 minutes, theater style is preferred.

MISC

LIGHTS-Please bring house lights up to full strength.

WATER-Please have a pitcher of ice water and glass or bottled water available on stage.

Training Seminars or Breakout Sessions will have different requirements.
